Field Service Engineer - Remote /New Jersey

What you will accomplish together with us:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- In the event of an issue, you will assist with troubleshooting and analyzing any process failures that arise
- Build positive relationships with customers
What will convince us:
- Associate degree or certifications in engineering or military training and 5+ years of proven field service experience
- 2+ years of proven field service experience, including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers
- Reside in or near New Brunswick, NJ.
- Open to traveling 50% or more overnight
- Able to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment with excellent mechanical, electrical, and IT skills
- Valid Driver's License and Passport
- Proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Compensation is $75.000-$85,000 (depending upon experience and qualifications), plus an annual bonus and a car allowance.
