Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience across big four public accounting as well as industry experience in an operational accounting role.
- Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, changing environment and to drive operational initiatives.
- Excellent investigative skills, combined with business judgment.

This team is consisting of experienced, creative, driven and savvy high-performers and the team manages the accounting for Google’s Devices and Services Product Area.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Maintain accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of accounting processes, including agreement review, estimates and reserves, accounting policies and memos, month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
- Execute all month-end close activities, leveraging a deep understanding of business drivers to own and develop complex flux and Forecast versus Actual (FvA) analy
