Job Description
Primo Brands is looking for an IS/IT Sr. Business Analyst to be responsible for the development and support of IT solutions for the SAP Lead To Cash, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management processes. This person will collaborate with key partners that include stakeholders in Customer Service, Transportation, Sales and Finance. This position will report to our Director, Business Solutions - Retail & CS Solutions.
Pay Range: $92,672 - $101,967. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Project Management: Lead and manage key projects related to financial systems and processes, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Provide expert support in the design, implementation, and improvement of AR processes to optimize cash flow, accuracy, and reporting.
• Dispute Management: Analyze and streamline dispute management processes, working closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes efficiently and accurately.
• Credit Management: Assist in refining credit management policies and systems to ensure proper credit assessment and risk mitigation, aligning with company policies.
• Business Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously assess and enhance workflows and systems related to AR, dispute management, and credit management, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other business units to ensure seamless integration of system changes and business processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood, and changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
• Offshore Team Communication: Coordinate with offshore teams on daily sustain activities, ensuring ongoing support for operations and addressing any system or process issues.
Qualifications
Key qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor's Degree required, IT or Business related preferred
• Proven experience in IT project management and delivery, with a focus on systems and process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate technical concepts into business terms
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferably in Consumer Goods (Retail) Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management, and Credit Management processes.
• 3+ years SAP LTC knowledge Required.
• Strong understanding of SAP LTC data objects is desirable
• Familiarity with EDI systems and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and collaborate with various departments.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with ability to work independently
• Able to work with minimal direction and seeks guidance as required
