Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. If you take pride in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals and enjoy working in a supportive healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Meal Preparation

• Prepare meals by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes

• Cook meals that meet dietary requirements and resident preferences

• Ensure food is prepared and served with attention to quality, presentation, and taste

Food Safety & Quality

• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality

• Follow all dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines

• Maintain compliance with sanitation and infection control standards

Kitchen Operations

• Plate, arrange, and garnish meals for an exceptional dining experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience

• Current ServSafe Certification required

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or dietary services preferred

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
