Security Service Delivery Manager (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of contracted security services through subcontractors. This is a remote position requiring a professional with a proven track record in security operations, project management, and subcontractor management. Experience providing services to government and federal agencies is a strong plus.

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring all subcontractors meet contract obligations, performance standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple subcontractor relationships while supporting service excellence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily performance of subcontracted security services against contractual obligations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and subcontractors for service delivery matters.
Monitor KPIs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with quality standards.
Regularly audit subcontractor performance, address deficiencies, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Maintain project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client reporting requirements.
Coordinate and participate in regular subcontractor meetings, performance reviews, and client updates.
Manage risk, compliance, and operational issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are aligned with company objectives and client expectations.
Assist in onboarding new subcontractors and managing transitions as needed.
Support business growth initiatives by identifying and resolving service delivery challenges.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the security industry.
3+ years of experience managing subcontractors and service delivery, preferably while working as a prime contractor.
Strong background in project management, with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in government or federal service contracts is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Familiarity with contract compliance, quality assurance, and performance auditing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
Understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) or similar government contracting standards.
Previous experience working with or providing services to federal agencies or government clients.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position. Occasional travel may be required to visit subcontractor sites or client locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
