Description
Lakota Solutions is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team for a role at Fort Drum, NY supporting the US Army. The responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance and upgrades for the IDT Complex IESS, IESS Server and UPS system and within the IDT Complex. Provide Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform required maintenance in accordance with the most current version of AR 420-1, applicable Manufacturer’s Operation and Maintenance Manuals, manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations, and any applicable codes or regulations.
- Maintain and repair the Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) IAW the applicable O&M Manuals. IESS includes audio and visual systems (VICADS), the LINX Defense Intrusion Detection System (LPE) for IDT Complex monitoring, and the Badge Enrollment Station and all associated components.
- Perform system administration, maintenance, upkeep, configuration, and user administration to satisfy the performance, resource, and uptime requirements. Shall maintain the IESS versions, configurations, and sensor systems in accordance with (IAW) the USAF ATO, the Strategic Instruction (SI) 538-02 Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) Physical Security Program, the USAF Non-Nuclear Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Approval list, the USAF Integrated Base Defense and Security System (IBDSS) System Security Plan (SSP) annex for LINX and VICADS Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) implementation.
- Cybersecurity Workforce Qualifications: The Contractor's Cybersecurity workforce shall maintain compliance with the training and certification requirements in DoDD 8140.01, DFARS 252.239-7001, and DoD 8570.01-M as current and meet the investigative level requirements established in 5200.01-R V1-4. All Contractor personnel performing Systems Administrator (SA) duties shall be qualified as IAT-II in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M upon contract engagement.
- Conduct a complete physical inventory at the end of the Period of Performance (PoP). Shall identify all necessary repairs parts and critical spares for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to the COR, ACOR or designated representative.
- Perform System Administration (SA) of Automated Information Systems (AIS) within the IDT Complex
- Shall maintain inventory of bench stock and critical spare parts under control and be required to comply with the operational capability requirements.
Requirements
- Candidate must be US Citizen
- Candidate must have active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Candidate must have CompTIA Security+ CE or other applicable DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
Candidate must have 5+ years experience with the following:
- Providing preventive and corrective maintenance/upgrades for IDT Complex IESS system.
- Maintenance and repair of IESS
- Performing System Administration on IESS
- Performing System Administration of AIS
- Maintaining bench stock inventory
