SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for having the ability to accurately and timely rework and repackage merchandise while adhering to Company policy and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to rework merchandise to meet customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner;
Responsible for removing packaging from merchandise and repackage which may include re-pricing depending on customer;
Ability to correctly replace new packaging and place on track;
Maintain good housekeeping in work area;
Ability and willingness to be cross-trained for multi job functions;
Ability to train as needed in Returns Department from customers (requires basic computer skills, ability to document all information on spreadsheets, complete Return Receiving Report in a timely manner);
To complete additional tasks or assignments as needed given by management team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

Basic computer knowledge, reading, writing, and math skills
Must be highly motivated.
Must pay attention to details.
