Your responsibilities

 

• Expand pipeline of PPA transactions in Germany by developing strong relationships with counterparties and understanding their commercial requirements
• Coverage of other Central European markets in accordance with portfolio growth strategy.
• Originate other types of power transactions (e.g. BESS/Flex) in accordance with Power portfolio strategies
• Develop relationships with owners who have renewable assets under EEG in Germany
• Execute transactions with counterparties, adhering to all internal operational and compliance processes
• Provide market intelligence to Uniper’s power portfolio teams to help define product and portfolio strategy
• Champion constant process improvement to manage high deal flow

 

 

Your profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• Significant experience in German power markets and understanding of regulatory developments with strong network of relationships with project developers and renewable asset owners
• Familiarity with master enabling agreements, such as EFET, ISDA etc.
• Understanding of risk concepts including credit, market, liquidity and operational risks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative way of working
• Fluency in German and English
