Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and implement new innovation opportunities to drive revenue, margin, and profit growth in digital solutions
- Partner with business leadership to develop vision and capabilities for best-in-class digital solutions
- Lead digitalization projects from conception to realization, ensuring successful implementation and exceeding organizational goals
- Manage relationships with business, plant, and technology partners to evolve product vision and roadmap
- Develop business cases, present to senior leadership, and ensure project implementation and handover
- Identify process improvements and digital opportunities to enhance productivity and revenue
- Conduct regular business reviews and senior leadership briefings on program progress and results
- Stay abreast of digital technologies in automotive and manufacturing environments, such as IoT, cloud, AI, etc.
- Foster an open-minded culture for trying innovative ideas and quickly applying new learning
- Manage relationships with global and regional teams to achieve business goals
- Serve as the Product Owner, representing customer interests, facilitating stakeholder communication, ensuring economic success, and adhering to budgetary constraints
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related field
- Several years of practical experience as a product owner or in HW/SW development, ideally with strong manufacturing domain expertise and digital proficiency
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital solutions
- Experience in IoT, analytics, AR/VR, and cloud initiatives.
- Knowledge of IoT/IIoT applications in manufacturing and automotive sectors
- Technical background in digital products/services
- Familiarity with manufacturing and automotive industries
- Understanding of digital factory and autonomous business processes
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field
- Experience with modern problem-solving techniques like design thinking and startup accelerator programs.
