Sr. Estimator- Terminal/ Storage experience- Houston Tx.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Estimator to join a leading team specializing in terminal and storage projects.1 year Contract extendable.Hybrid role based in the Galleria area of Houston, TX, this role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates for high-impact infrastructure projects with some travel to project sites.Occasional travel to Deer Park Tx.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for terminal infrastructure projects, including storage tanks and pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure comprehensive cost evaluations.
• Conduct market research and vendor analysis for accurate pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial cost estimation, ideally in the terminals and storage sector.
• Proficiency in estimation tools and a strong knowledge of industry standards.
