JOB SUMMARY
A successful supervisor of Product Management in the Commercial Technology Team derives personal satisfaction from advancing business objectives and adding value to the company. This position will be a key leader of a dynamic, highly motivated team focused on ushering in a new generation of industry-leading digital solutions to position ONEOK as the midstream operator of choice. The Supervisor of Product Management will have the opportunity to lead the team through the full product life cycle of highly complex products and offerings to ensure various aspects of the business are serving the current and future needs of ONEOK's customers, as well as directly impact the bottom line of the company. The Supervisor of Product Management will be independently motivated and deliberately collaborative. In addition, the Supervisor of Product Management will lead the team to advance their analytical skills to solve business problems utilizing technology, serve as a change agent for the organization, and be willing to learn as needed to solve real-world problems continuously.This is a hybrid position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A typical work week is Mon/Tue/Thu working in the office, Wed/Fri working from home.

The Supervisor of Product Management will provide daily oversight of the full product life cycle of highly complex products and offerings to ensure various aspects of the refined, crude or marine products business are serving the current and future needs of the Company's customers, as well as directly impact the bottom line of the company. The Supervisor of Product Management will be independently motivated and deliberately collaborative. In addition, the Supervisor of Product Management will have extensive analytical skills to solve business problems utilizing technology, serve as a change agent for the organization, and be willing to learn as needed to solve real-world problems continuously.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provides daily supervision of team, defining and maintaining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Oversees the development of business case(s) for new products, improvements to existing products and business ventures.
Analyzes data to determine customer needs, develop sales strategies, identify potential partnerships, and define product objectives from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future products by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
Develops product positioning and messaging that differentiates ONEOK and its features across primary market segments.
Creates product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with IT.
Translates product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by development teams.
Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing.
Drives the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Collaborates closely with IT, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders.
Stays up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (BBA or MBA), Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with specific job related experience
Master's Degree M.S. or MBA
