GE HealthCare is seeking a skilled communications leader with experience in creating and leading communications strategies that drive awareness, understanding and utilization of the company’s Total Rewards offerings. This role will set the Total Rewards communications strategy and have overall responsibility for communications on global compensation, equity, incentives, recognition, well-being and U.S. benefits. As part of the work, this person will partner with Total Rewards leadership to keep colleagues informed, communicate in alignment with business priorities and strategy, and reinforce culture through informative and inspiring content.The experience and skills necessary for success include strategic planning, innovative thinking, project management, a focus on details and process, strong writing and editing, and experience with internal communication tools, channels and metrics. To be impactful, you must be able to partner effectively with leaders and business partners, convey complex topics in easy-to-absorb ways, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand and apply communications tactics to the meet the unique needs of different audience segments, execute flawlessly, and assess metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role will:
Lead the Total Rewards communications strategy, developing effective and innovative approaches for engaging colleagues at all levels.
Develop and execute global communications plans around compensation, bonus, and equity programs.
Manage one direct report with responsibility for developing and executive global communications plans for recognition, well-being, and U.S. benefits.
Align Total Rewards communications with broader GE HealthCare messaging and internal communications strategies and channels to ensure a consistent and engaging colleague experience.
Develop trusted partnerships with Total Rewards leaders to build strategic communication plans aligned with business priorities.
Create an engagement strategy that effectively uses key internal communications platforms, including GE HealthCare’s internal intranet and news site; understand internal communications tools and technology and related performance metrics to measure reach and effectiveness of communications.
Deploy strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across a variety of deliverables, including key messages, narratives, internal news articles, video scripts and more.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines as necessary while working in a fast-paced environment and drive first-time quality and innovation in all areas of communications work.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing or related field.
8+ years communications experience with a focus covering internal communications, preferably in Total Rewards and / or Human Resources communications
Desired Qualifications
Experience communicating compensation and benefits information to internal colleagues.
Experience developing annual communications plans and engagement calendars for sizeable teams and projects; able to gather and incorporate multiple viewpoints and priorities and establish a go-forward communications strategy.
Ability to understand business challenges and priorities and use communications expertise to recommend best practices and inform decision making; serve as communications expert with clients.
Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand and compelling manner, both written and verbally, and influence colleagues to act when necessary.
Strong executive presence; experience working across multiple levels, functions and global regions.
Able to manage multifaceted projects and deliverables autonomously with an eye for detail, quality and deadlines; must be able to work well on multiple tasks within the same timeframe, sometimes with conflicting deadlines and under pressure.
Possess strong foundational skills, including written communication, storytelling, grammar, presentation and strategic planning.
