Who we're looking for

As the Cybersecurity Senior Analyst, Global Service Delivery, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the product roadmap is in alignment with the business strategy and will play a crucial role in successful delivery of the projects across several functions.  You will also be responsible for conducting agile ceremonies and collaborating with team members to develop and refine the detailed project roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring teams are aligned on delivery priorities. This role requires a strong agile background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop the product and project roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure the outcome of the quarterly planning sessions are managed according to the strategy and plan.

  • Project Delivery: Manage the daily project cadence and agile ceremonies, ensuring the product backlog is refined, and progress is made according to the timeline.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage the project’s risks and issues. Take proactive corrective actions to mitigate risks, remove the roadblocks and keep delivery performance on track.

  • Release & Change Management - Lead the project team through respective release and change management processes and ensure project deliverables comply with governance controls.

  • Budget Management - Manage the project budgets across all aspects (technology, labor, miscellaneous expense). Ensure actual spend is aligned with planned spend.

  • Project Monitoring & Status Reporting – Provide different levels of reporting on Information Security project delivery performance (Timeline, Budget, Scope, and Risks & Issues) to all stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement - Offer solutions to solve for project inefficiencies and process improvements within the teams. Bring fresh ideas to improve new ways of working. Act as a knowledgeable resource to other teams to share delivery best-practices and propose remediation techniques for at-risk deliverables. Contribute to repository of lessons learned. Provide up-skilling project training back to the team.

  • Technology Tools – Effectively utilize agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and Trello, in addition to Microsoft suite to manage the project effectively.

  • Vendor selection and Contract Management: Oversee the vendor selection and contract activities including RFP, RFQ, SOWs processes and documentations. 

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and on time delivery of statement of work. Manage tracking the SOW deliverables and on time invoicing.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.

What you bring:

  • Progressive years of Agile work experience (5-7 years).  Product owner/ Scrum master experience working with Agile teams. 

  • Experience leading local and/or remote IT project teams through software development lifecycle (5-7 years). 

  • Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of cybersecurity professionals.

  • Experience in business planning, resource allocation, budgeting and risk management.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
