None/Not RequiredThis position is for an F18 PBL Sr Integrated Product Support Analyst/Warehouse Lead with entry-level tasking in Customer Data Management. The applicant must have the willingness to learn and advance within the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ships and receives units to/from various locations.
Uses computer software programs to accurately compile customer data.
Creates and maintains service notifications and scheduling.
Tracks data related to customer orders and activities.
Generates reports regarding customer orders and other sales activities.
Creates and modifies source data into an organized document for further analysis.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Notifies other customer service representatives along with members of other divisions of data trends for improvement of quality.
Maintains a high-level of organization and prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Takes direction from multiple leads while being the focal for all F18 PBL warehouse operations.
Communicates with peers and internal customers to drive results.
Executes tasks within the 12 elements of Logistics with oversight and mentoring.
Lifts and carries up to 25 pounds unassisted.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
Prior experience using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite/O365 collaboration tools.
Experience in Performance-Based Logistics warehouse operations.
