Each year, Volvo Cars welcome students as Summer work to our sites in Gothenburg, Olofström, och Lund. As a Summer Worker at Volvo Cars you can work in production, in one of our storages or at the office. Spending a few weeks in our team is a great way for you to get an insight to what life at Volvo Cars can be like and gives you a basic understanding of our operations. It also provides you with a strong network in our organization, which can be of value in your future career.

We are looking for summer workers to join our Volvo Cars Product Experience team at World of Volvo.

 

Let’s introduce ourselves!

World of Volvo is our new pinnacle of Brand and Product experience centers and is designed to cater for more than 500 000 visitors annually. The visitors will, among other things, be able to experience our Products and Services as well as our Brands journey in the World of Volvo exhibition.

Volvo Cars will have a dedicated team on-site with the mission to support the Learn, Shop and Delivery phase in our Consumer Journey. The team will have an assisting approach to fulfil the needs and expectations of the visitors.

 

This is what you’ll do
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when they visit Volvo Cars Product Experience @ World of Volvo.

 

As a Product Experience Specialist , the primary responsibilities will include planning our customers experience to Volvo Cars @ World of Volvo, conducting vehicle handovers, providing product demonstrations, supporting customers in their learn and shop journey and facilitating test drives. You will be the face of our brand and will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and awareness of our products and services.

 

What you´ll bring

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is passionate about hospitality, our brand and products, with a strong drive to share this enthusiasm with others. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service. We value a collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments. The ability to adapt to different visitor profiles and tailor interactions accordingly is crucial. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

 

Qualifications:

• Ongoing university studies or just graduated before the summer work starts.
• Fluent in Swedish and English on a professional business level (written and verbal)
• Valid Drivers license B
• Good skills in Microsoft Office

This paid summer work will take place sometime between 1 June – 31 August 2024. Exact length/start and end time to be discussed with recruiting manager.
