- Lead Creative Development: Drive the creation of compelling creative assets across multiple projects, collaborating with creative leads and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Review Creative Briefs: Evaluate briefs from Marketing Strategy and Planning, Customer Experience, and ECommerce Category Marketing to inform creative direction and execution.
- Manage Brand Expression: Oversee visual branding across channels including digital, print, video, packaging, and training materials, ensuring consistency and advancement of brand voice.
- Execute Strategy: Implement creative strategies aligned to member experience and business needs, leveraging industry trends to drive innovation.
- Oversee Project Delivery: Manage a team of individual contributors to ensure successful execution of projects and programs, contributing to strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Accounts Payable, Category Management) and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and resolve complex issues.
- Coach and Develop Talent: Provide mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a team-based environment and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Manage Budgets: Conduct cost/benefit analyses and manage team budgets to support efficient and effective project execution.
- Support Company Values: Promote and uphold company policies, ethics, and integrity standards, modeling servant leadership and supporting a regenerative company mission.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current plans and initiatives for effectiveness, solicit feedback, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Travel: Travel domestically to multiple facilities or work-sites, including consecutive overnight stays as needed.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field
- OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years' supervisory experience
- 2 years' experience managing copy teams in a retail creative environment
- 3 years' experience managing large editorial content campaigns in an online creative or related digital field
- 3 years' experience working for or with creative agencies
