Technician - Slot Lead

Job Summary: Oversees the repair and functionality of the Slot machines.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Three months related experience and/or training. Formal electronics training preferred. Working knowledge of slot machines; ability to perform bench work which includes the usage of various types of test equipment; must be able to option each type of slot machine and be able to read and comprehend schematics and wiring diagrams.
Service Standards: Providing a great genuine greeting, spectacular service, positive interaction with customers and a friendly farewell.
Essential Job Functions:
• Accurately repair and maintain slot equipment and various parts.
• Efficiently assist with the training of Slot Technicians.
• Effectively assists with the supervision of repairs and maintenance of slot machines.
• Effectively and timely assists with managing all departmental projects such as slot movements, modifications, upgrades and installations during the shift.
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Must be able to use stairwells or service elevator to go from floor to floor.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work in an environment with second hand smoke and loud noises.
• Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming license.
