THE ROLE

Our Product teams are divided into three integrated functional groups of frontend engineers, backend engineers, and a product owner. As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop expertise in one of these groups with the goal of eventually being the product owner for that group.


Your responsibilities will include:

● Integrating customer feedback, usability studies, competitive research, and market analysis into winning product roadmaps.
● Work closely with designers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
● Lead teams through ambiguity to continuously ship improvements and be biased toward action.

● Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of products to share with the broader team.
● Coordinating new product launches across teams.
● Providing project management assistance to the engineering team.
● Triaging user issues, working across teams to build understanding and present solutions.

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary. We observe the same pay bands, regardless of where you live. For this role, our starting salary is $150,000-180,000.

  • Health, dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance. We contribute 90% of the cost for our various medical insurance options and 90% for vision and dental. We contribute 50% for dependents. For long-term disability, we contribute 100% of premiums.
