Job Description

Our LeapTalent customer is seeking a HR Technology Solution Architect with who will be responsible for advising, managing and executing on both Workday and ServiceNow roadmaps. The Solution Architect will be responsible for evaluating current configuration, recommending changes for optimization, resolving issues related to workflow, coordinating with the Business Technology Team for additional support, and aiding in the evaluation of new release and update functionality.  You’ll perform research and analysis on solutions to meet the needs of the business as well as handling design, configuration and testing with the Solutions Analysts and Business Technology Teams. In this role you will coach and train staff on system administration and continuous improvement practices.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Audit core business processes and system configuration and align with Employee Experience guiding principles and third-party heuristic analysis
  • Provide prioritized recommendations for system optimization opportunities and a deployment plan for taking action on future state enhancements across multiple HR solutions
  • Collaborate and partner across HR teams to understand business needs and to assess configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, integrations or security 
  • Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business opportunities and implementation best practices for Service Delivery and Core HCM, Workday Extend and ServiceNow HR Portal
  • Provide expert level knowledge of both Workday and ServiceNow HRSD core principles and work diligently to overcome foreseeable challenges, staying up to date on any system updates and changes 
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system through regular review and audits; where necessary, conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendations to resolve identified data quality issues 
  • Resolve issues related to workflow and configuration updates 
  • Coordinate with Business Technology and HR when additional technical support is needed 
  • Evaluate new releases and update functionality accepted 
  • Work with Solution Administrators and HR COE and Product Teams to evaluate processes and to identify and ways to improve them and optimize in both ServiceNow and Workday platforms
  • Manage and execute release testing for both functionality and user roll-out across HR technology architecture
  • Contribute to continual improvement of Workday and ServiceNow, as well as other workforce technology solutions
  • Create and deliver process and system training to Workday and ServiceNow Solution Analyst Teams

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow functional experience
  • 3-5 years of Workday functional experience  
  • Consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow across complex, multi-division environment 
  • Proven ex
