A Brief Overview
Responsible for performing skin care services for patients under the supervision of the physician. Assisting in the care of the patient through communication with office staff and the physician. Must perform duties with utmost consideration given to patient confidentiality. Job related tasks for this position involve an inherent potential for body fluid exposure.

What you will do
- Coordinates patient care with physician, including but not limited to their use of topical medication, at home skin care products, in-office treatments- microderm, microneedling, Sciton & Cutera lasers, chemical peels, lash & brow tinting, waxing.
- Ordering/Maintaining/Selling of all skincare products.
- Patient contact- consultations, making esthetic patient appointments, follow up phone calls/emails/maintain current patient records detailing treatment procedures, take pre/post procedure photos, documentation, products medication and concerns.
- Maintain treatment rooms, waiting areas, and work areas.
- Monitors equipment for proper operation, including maintenance as suggested by manufacturer.
- Track client referrals and distribute referral coupons/letters.
- Attend staff meetings, prepare and distribute information regarding esthetic part of practice.
- Responsible for creating and/or maintaining, and distributing all educational/promotional material regarding skin care procedures/products. This includes assisting with maintaining email blast list, Facebook and website promotions and educational events like open house/lunch & learns and other outreach programs.
