Senior Product Designer

We’re thrilled to announce that Andrew Golrang is now looking for our next Senior Product Designer to to focus on the Onsite Experience within Voyado Engage. This Product Area is on a mission to design and deliver intuitive, high-performing onsite features that strengthen how our customers engage with shoppers in real time.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our 12-person Voyado Design team and help shape the future of Voyado’s Onsite Experience tools, the parts of our platform that help retail brands increase loyalty, personalization, and conversion in real time.

Think product recommendations, widgets, dynamic content blocks, and behavioral triggers that tie directly into our customers’ loyalty programs, automation flows, and multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, TikTok, WhatsApp, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our new Ratings & Reviews initiative, a key part of Voyado’s evolving onsite ecosystem.

Your work will span the full design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, crafting intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with developers and PMs to ship features that integrate seamlessly across the Voyado platform.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Lead discovery work and user research to uncover real user needs and opportunities.
• Prototype and test new concepts early to validate before building.
• Design intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns for Voyado’s Onsite Experience.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure seamless, high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to the Essence design system to ensure cohesion and scalability across products.
• Measure how designs perform post-launch and iterate based on data and insights.
  

So who are you? 

You’re a structured, analytical and systems-oriented designer who thrives in complex environments. You bring order without slowing things down—turning ambiguity into clarity. Passionate about both visual craft and problem-solving, you love collaborating across disciplines to make things happen. You have a strong grasp of product development and cross-functional work, combining data, insights and design intuition to create scalable frameworks and solutions across multi-product environments.

• Experience designing for SaaS products, ideally in e-commerce or marketing tech.

• Proven ability to lead design work end-to-end, from research to shipped features.

• Strong prototyping and interaction design skills.

• Experience working closely with developers and product managers in agile teams.

• Confidence designing for complex, integrated platforms.
