This role is perfect for a creative and strategic professional who can not only engage with our community but also drive the overall tone and voice of our brand.<br/></p><p></p><h3><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Bitrefill's goals. <br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Own a cohesive content calendar from planning to publishing.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms like X/Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Monitor social trends and conversations to keep Bitrefill at the forefront of industry discussions.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Engage directly with our community, managing responses and building relationships with users.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Lead experimentation and measurement in regards to content, cadence, community growth, etc.</li> </ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Be prepared to handle any social media crises or PR issues that might arise, ensuring that Bitrefill's reputation remains positive and professional.</li> <li>Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and product launches.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><h3><strong>You bring:</strong></h3><ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr">5+ years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand within the crypto or fintech space.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Proven track record of creating content that performs. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Strong creative skills and a keen sense of the latest social media trends.
