Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years experience in the areas of restructuring & turnaround consulting with distressed clients, corporate finance, business operations, banking crisis management and/or within a specific industry
- High-level of proficiency with financial modeling is required and will be tested: 13-week cash flow forecast, integrated 3-statement financials, financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements & schedules), operational improvement and overhead analysis, and pitchbook preparation
- Ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously, with strong project and team management
- Demonstrated business development and superior client management skills
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

- More senior candidates will be considered for Senior Director-level

Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Have or working toward one or more of the following certifications: Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

The estimated base salary range for this job is $185,000 - $250,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $231,250 - $337,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
