About the role

Position Summary

The Senior Director of Clinical Systems and Data strategy will work intimately with our Clinical Field to promote optimal outcomes for Centria clients. This role will drive the development of sophisticated systems and frameworks to support a wide range of behavioral and clinical initiatives. Their work will involve creating scalable, data-informed solutions that enhance processes, assessments, and intervention in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As a critical link between theoretical design and real-world application, they will engage with clinicians in the field to understand their unique needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Through expertise in instructional systems, design thinking, and hierarchical mapping, they will lead efforts to conceptualize and implement structures that optimize service delivery and outcomes.
This position requires a balance of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strategic foresight to design and refine systems that support evidence-based practices. They will oversee the lifecycle of various initiatives, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows and align with broader organizational objectives. By partnering with cross-functional teams, they will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of behavioral systems and their impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be evaluated through a combination of measures, including organization-level clinical outcomes; implementation success rate; and clinician retention rates.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with field clinicians to identify needs and opportunities for optimizing processes and systems.
2. Develop and implement structured methodologies that inform intervention strategies and evaluative protocols.
3. Design hierarchical and process-driven frameworks that facilitate the alignment of key organizational goals with
clinical practices.
4. Oversee the life cycle of projects, ensuring seamless integration of innovative solutions into existing workflows.
5. Utilize expertise in evaluative and data systems to support meaningful outcomes for individuals accessing services.
6. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems meet diverse stakeholder needs and align with strategic
objectives.
7. Translate complex concepts into actionable plans, maintaining adaptability to evolving priorities and feedback.
8. Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
9. Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.Pay Range

$130,000 - $150,000 Salary

Qualifications

Education, Certifications, Licensure

  • A master’s degree (minimum) in education or psychology (focus in applied behavior analysis)
  • BCBA-D or BCBA certification required

Work Experience

  • Experience in creating and implementing clinical development processes across an organization
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing BCBA OR related teaching experience
  • Experience collaborating with field teams across locations
  • An extensive background and fluency in outcome data and analysis
  • Possible licensure requirement depending on states providing services

Equipment and Technology Requirements

  • Proficiency in navigating a PC operating system and utilizing a laptop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
