We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our data processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various types of information in our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into internal databases and systems

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities

• Maintain records of activities and tasks

• Prepare and sort documents before data entry

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Retrieve data as requested by management

• Maintain data confidentiality and security protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
