You’re the kind of Prep Cook who knows a strong shift starts with great prep. You take pride in preparing fresh ingredients, making house-made sauces, and keeping the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready to go. If you like staying busy, care about quality, and want to be a key part of a kitchen that runs right, this is the job for you. 

What You’ll Do 

Prep fresh ingredients and house-made sauces the right way, every time  

Portion, label, and stock products so the line stays ready  

Follow recipes, prep lists, and quality standards with consistency  

Keep your area clean, organized, and set for success  

Stay ahead on prep so the kitchen can move fast and smooth  

Flag product or kitchen issues to management before they become problems  

Help set the standard for a kitchen that runs sharp every day
