Uptown Cheapskate is not your typical thrift store. We are an upscale fashion exchange thrift style store and we buy, sell, and trade brands from Forever 21 to luxury names like Gucci. Our store curates an excellent selection of styles for teens and young adults. We are seeking a strong leadership candidate who can take ownership and accountability of multiple stores, store teams, and inventory management and most of all help us succeed in our goal to elevate our customer service goals across three locations

Requirements:

• Available and wanting no less than 32 hours per week average.
• Able to work both open and closing shifts. 
• Able to work up too 10 hour shifts if required
• Able to work at all three locations, (Murray, American Fork and Orem)
• Available minimum 2 Saturdays and Sundays
• Able to lift up too 50 pound bins full of clothes. 
• Dependable and Reliable to a strict schedule.
• AMAZING customer service
• Ability to lead teams and mentor young new employees
• Confident in ability to train
• Great teamwork abilities with Leadership team. 
• Spanish or Management Experience  a plus

 Responsibilities:

• MAKE LEADERSHIPS JOBS EASIER
• Learn the basics of the job at an accelerated pace and perform them at an above average level. 
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities in a chaotic environment while maintain an elevating positive attitude. 
• Work with Leadership team to accomplish goals and tasks across three locations. 
• Learn to become a elite buyer of used product.
• Able to open and close multiple stores as per their procedures. 
• Strong ability to  train once proficient. 
• Elevating customer experience and  entry level employees. 
• Assist in inventory and backstock.
• Working 3 locations
