PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determine and identify the necessary resources (e.g., funds, staff, equipment's, etc.) to implement effective Physical Security or Loss Prevention Programs; AND 2) Conduct surveys and inspections to verify the security of personnel, sensitive information, or equipment; AND 3) Manage security directives relating to the Physical Security and loss prevention program; AND 4) Conduct annual Physical Security surveys to assess vulnerabilities and risks. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes.
