Job Description
AECOM Hunt is hiring a Construction Project Executive to work in the Seattle, WA area. This is a great opportunity to become part of the growing Hunt Construction Group!
Job Summary:
- Responsible for client/project development, resource management, and supervision of construction activities as they relate to contract administration and management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
- Responsible for overall project performance including job profit and loss for Construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination and integration of multi-discipline project functions including but not limited to construction, project controls, quality, and commercial administration in a manner to meet project operational and business objectives.
- Responsible to establish a culture of safe work performance. Actively engaged in developing and managing client relations.
- Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Accountable for all facets of the project and ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS + 12 years of relevant construction management experience or AS + 14 years of relevant experience or HS + 16 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS + 15 years of relevant construction management experience
- Experience working with a large GC
- Commercial vertical construction management experience
- Business development experience
- Washington State construction market experience in one or more of the following market segments:
- Sports/Entertainment
- Higher Education
- Healthcare
- Municipal
- Hospitality
- Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities,
