Our mission is simple: <strong>saving lives and restoring relationships </strong>by helping people get their lives back, and treating every individual with empathy and respect.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong>&nbsp;As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Clinical Assessor will provide critical level of care assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, crisis services, case management, and referral services to outpatient clients. This person is responsible for conducting the initial assessment to determine eligibility and ensure that an initial treatment plan is developed that will identify the services and level of care needed. This position will work with other staff to ensure a smooth transition to treatment services. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members.
