I. Job Summary

At Flowco, we believe early career talent isn’t just the future of our business, you’re part of the journey we’re building right now.

Flowco’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, immersive experience designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world application in the energy industry. Over the course of the program, interns will gain hands-on exposure to meaningful work, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that directly impact our operations and customers.

This is not a “shadow from the sidelines” internship.  From day one, you’ll be part of the team - solving problems, asking questions, and helping us move forward.

As a Flowco Intern, you will:

Own a meaningful summer project tied to a real business need
Present your work and recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program
Gain exposure to field operations, engineering, business functions, and cross-functional collaboration
Participate in professional development sessions and leadership roundtables
Build relationships with peers, mentors, and company leaders

We are building this program intentionally, designed to give you clarity on your career path, experience you can speak confidently about, and connections that last beyond the summer.

This is Flowco’s inaugural internship program and we’re excited to build it alongside you.
