We’re looking for a temporary, part-time Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The Marketing Campaign Manager will help drive and execute the bicentennial campaign for the Mason & Hanger organization. The Campaign Manager will accelerate archival and digital strategies to document 200 years of history through news, a book, website, social media, Wikipedia, and more, to enhance brand awareness, employee and customer engagement. Acting as a project manager, they will help develop and release Mason & Hanger's untold story, never before digitized and available open source/online.

 

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, here’s the work you’ll do: 

  • Draft and oversee the editorial process and organization of content: bicentennial website and book.
  • Develop graphics and supporting content that leverages our strategy and drives employee and customer engagement.
  • Support and develop digital marketing campaigns to enhance Mason & Hanger's historic digital footprint.
  • Verification of historic research and file organization in preparation for marketing materials.
  • Manage campaign deliverables, initiatives, goals and analytics.

 

This role is for you if you have these skills: 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, organized and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for actionable results.
  • Experience / Certified Bonus: HubSpot/Website Development, Canva Design, Video Tools: Animoto/YouTube
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365.

 

And if you have these qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience required.
  • Great attitude and team player. 
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
