Job Description
Position Summary: The Sr. Manager of Strategic Enablement Programs will be responsible for designing, developing, and driving the implementation of strategic training and development programs for Sales Leaders & High Potential individual contributors in order to optimize performance across Zscaler’s GTM organization. This role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership and cross departmental stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop a comprehensive Leadership Enablement strategy that supports Zscaler’s overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand their teams' needs and challenges, tailoring programs accordingly.
- Define Leadership Priorities: Define critical leadership priorities in partnership with GTM executives.
- Program Design & Management: Develop, manage, and continually refine leadership training programs, toolkits, playbooks, and other resources to support GTM leaders & high potential ICs.
- Quality Training Content: Work closely with executives and internal stakeholders to create high-quality training content aligned to core Leader competencies.
- Metrics & Analysis: Track and report on strategic enablement initiatives' performance, making data-driven decisions to ensure the team's ongoing success.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate all curriculum, tools and methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements and innovations as needed.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talented individual contributors to reach exceedingly high levels of success in program delivery
- Vendors & Tools: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of critical tools and third party vendors to ensure all program goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and managing successful GTM enablement programs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Expert level executive presence & internal “champion” building ability.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with enablement technologies, including CRM systems, learning management systems, and content management platforms.
- Passion and drive for constant improvement and learning.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently and autonomously solve complex problems.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $240,000 + bonus + equi
