Leads a team responsible for directing American’s strategies to profitably and sustainably grow revenue and improve connections with a targeted group of travel agencies or corporations. Will focus on utilizing AA’s retailing focus to update contracting and content strategy in concert with counterparts in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Corp Comm, Reservations and Finance.

- Helps develop and drive for the usage of modern retailing resources to improve the experience of our customers flying on our planes
- Recruits, develops and motivates team members and equips them for success
- Monitors and reports in concert with Revenue Analysis on agency monthly/quarterly performance, including its progress toward long term revenue generation goals
- Consolidates feedback from a variety of accounts and escalates issues and opportunities as needed
- Serves as key escalation leadership during negotiations
- Works in regular and close coordination with counterparts in the Commercial organization, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Corp Comm, Res, Strategic Alliances, and Joint Business Partners to shape the company’s strategy and address financial and operational performance issues

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 7 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master’s degree in business-related discipline
- Airline or business to business sales experience
