Assistant Superintendent

TPC Las Vegas is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our agronomy team. This position offers a chance to grow within a respected operation that values education, teamwork, and strong leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and General Manager in the daily maintenance and development of the course.

• Typical Work Schedule: Varies based on the needs of the golf course and club

Initial Priorities of Position:

• Support the Superintendent in day-to-day course maintenance and operations
• Supervise and lead staff in executing agronomic practices
• Help ensure optimal playing conditions throughout the year

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, motivate, and supervise maintenance staff
• Assist in personnel matters including pay rates, performance reviews, and corrective actions
• Schedule and supervise daily crew operations
• Possess thorough knowledge of tasks related to various crew roles and equipment
• Plan and monitor daily operations and staffing
• Enforce and train staff in local, state, and federal safety practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facility and equipment
• Manage purchase orders and invoice logs, coding appropriately
