Position Description
We are looking for Senior Sales Specialist to work at our corporate location in Phoenix, Arizona and join our collaborative, innovative, customer-centric culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and generate leads often through cold calls that fit the target demographic.
- Navigate through organizations and sell to key decision makers and close deals.
- Work in a fast-paced call center to initiate outbound calls to potential prospects.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Provide superior brand representation while maintaining high quality standards.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English (preferred not required).
- 3-4 years’ experience in phone sales.
- One or more years of similar or related experience of quota bearing sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence and demonstration skills.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Competitive and positive individual that is self-driven and self-educating (both products and industry knowledge).
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
