We currently have an opening for a Real Estate Services Manager in the Transportation Services Division at our Brookfield, WI location.

Real Estate Services Manager – Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities: 

• Identify, develop, maintain, and manage a diverse client portfolio with Municipalities and WisDOT
• Manage municipal/DOT clients’ real estate needs, including:
• Acquisition cost estimating 
• Appraisal
• Negotiation
• Acquisition/Relocation
• Setting and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff and a team of real estate professionals

Requirements

Real Estate Services Manager – Hybrid, Remote Possible – Skills and Requirements: 

• 5 years experience in Transportation real estate/right-of-way services: appraisal, negotiation, and acquisition
• WisDOT approved Appraiser, or ability to obtain within one month
• WisDOT approved Negotiator, or ability to obtain within one month
• Notary Public, or ability to obtain
• Familiarity with WisDOT Real Estate Program Manual
• Understanding and experience with real estate laws, eminent domain principles and practices, the Uniform Act, and NEPA.
• Ability to flex hours to include evenings and weekends as needed
