Location: Teutopolis, IL | Travel: Up to 25%

At Stevens Industries, we’re looking for a strategic Account Manager to serve as the commercial and relationship lead for our largest healthcare clients. This is your chance to combine business acumen, industry expertise, and relationship-building skills to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the point of contact for architects, general contractors, and owners.
• Drive preconstruction efforts—scope, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee with Project Managers to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage financial performance, including margin tracking and change order management.
• Build long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts and position Stevens as a preferred partner.
• Mentor and guide team members while contributing to best practices.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Construction Management, Architecture preferred).
• 10+ years in account management or project development within construction or millwork.
• Proven success managing large-scale healthcare or institutional projects.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and navigate complex environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and Procore experience a plus.
