Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM solutions (functional /developer)

We are seeking an accomplished Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM environment. With a strong background in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft technologies, the Solutions Developer will play a vital role in creating customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (On-site)
*Full-time position - W2 contract*

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain innovative Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM solutions that align with business requirements.
• Create and implement customizations and seamless integrations with other systems to optimize processes and data flow.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Generate and maintain accurate technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and deployment guides.
• Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance the quality and maintainability of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to guarantee the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring rigorous testing of solutions before deployment.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Remain current with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM technologies, keeping the team informed of potential opportunities and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in developing Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript to develop and maintain robust applications and integrations.
• Strong familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies to optimize solution development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
