We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or logistics project/program management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) logistics functions, including but not limited to finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and project management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct all facets of contractor support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include planning, staffing, coordination, integration, and oversight to achieve schedule and performance goals.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks and project-related activities.
Monitor and address project risks, validate assumptions, and resolve team or interpersonal challenges to maintain productivity.
Provide leadership to ensure program and project objectives are met, guiding the team across all assigned responsibilities.
Participate in strategic decision-making, offering insights and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $110,000 - $160,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
