That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll be responsible for leading the team in developing and managing the client's Records Information Management program which defines, creates, manages, archives and completes final disposition of records. You will analyze your client’s operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify frustrations. You’ll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using future state models to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision-makers. Using records management process improvement techniques, you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative and qualitative results they can expect. You will also work with the client on providing property disposition instructions for research contract closure. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with records and information management for Government requirements

• 5+ years of experience with developing or implementing RIM life cycle management processes and tools

• 3+ years of experience with IC

• 3+ years of experience with providing and managing records management training

• Experience with managing and mentoring team members

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in property management, including property closeout and re-distribution logistics actions

• Experience with management or program analysis

• Knowledge of the Privacy Act or Freedom of Information Act

• NARA Federal Records Management Training Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
