Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management teams. The successful candidate will have a track record of strong performance and problem-solving skills. The position requires the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. It requires good judgment, confidentiality, strong work ethic, a high degree of accountability, excellent organizational and information technology skills, and an understanding of how to move complex projects forward. This position will report into the Director of Country Operations.
The primary activities include but are not limited to the following:
General Secretarial/Clerical duties
Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments.
Produces/completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Develop reports, presentations, tables, graphs, correspondence and conduct light research using appropriate software.
Works in teams or independently as needed and as relevant to complete work assignments and various tasks.
Calendar scheduling/planning; coordinating and scheduling complex multi-leg and international travel arrangements.
Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively interact with our company's executives and internal/external clients to maintain workflow.
Coordinates special projects.
Extent of Travel: 10%
Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification)
Required Experience:
Minimum of (5) years Administrative Assistant experience.
Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices.
Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel.
Experience with SharePoint preferred.
Strong meeting planning support experience.
SAP experience: Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms.
Professional communication skills.
Workday experience preferred.
