Description

Act as the Athena Superuser, providing expert-level support, training, and troubleshooting for all users.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to design and enhance workflows that improve efficiency and patient care.
• Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clinical teams and IT for system upgrades, issue resolution, and updates.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users to maximize system utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical informatics and data security.
• Manage system customization requests, testing, and rollouts for updates or new features.
• Create and maintain documentation, including training materials, workflows, and system protocols.
• Provide leadership and support to the Clinical Informatics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
