With a strong focus on patient-centric, decentralized approaches, they <strong>advance medical research</strong> by ensuring timely trials, robust data quality, and <strong>speed up the delivery of new medicines.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Over the years, they have reached:</strong></p><ul><li><p>24 strategically positioned sites</p></li><li><p>The team of over 220 skilled investigators</p></li><li><p>A network of more than 1,350 homecare providers</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>The Senior HR Manager for Poland plays a crucial role in both the Country leadership team and the Group HR team. Reporting to the Group HR Director and the Country Managing Director, you will define and implement the HR plan for Poland to align with country operations and Group HR strategy. You will manage end-to-end HR systems, including engagement, recruitment, development, reward, data analysis, reporting, and payroll, ensuring compliance with Polish laws. Additionally, you will contribute to the global HR agenda and ensure its implementation in Poland.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2><p><strong>Business Partnering</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Managing Director</p></li><li><p>Partner with Site Directors to ensure effective and efficient HR processes that support operational performance and growth</p></li><li><p>Agree priorities and ensure delivery of the HR plan for Poland</p></li></ul><p><strong>HR Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure delivery of efficient end-to-end HR operational processes</p></li><li><p>Provide, analyze, and report on key HR performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Oversee timely and accurate payroll and ensure regulatory compliance</p></li><li><p>Implement fair and consistent reward strategies that balance market competitiveness and budget constraints</p></li></ul><p><strong>Team Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support development of HR team members by setting SMART objectives and conducting regular reviews</p></li><li><p>Manage team workflows, resource allocation, and task prioritization</p></li></ul><p><strong>Culture and Engagement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the ongoing development and implementation of Progress P.A.C.T activities across Poland</p></li><li><p>Role model company values and behaviors</p></li><li><p>Lead cultural integration of new site teams</p></li><li><p>Partner with Site Directors to maintain a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing work environment</p></li><li><p>Drive effective communication, engagement, performance improvement, reward, and development initiatives</p></li></ul><p><strong>Talent Acquisition and Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Site Directors to attract, source, and onboard talent</p></li><li><p>Support employer branding efforts</p></li><li><p>Create and implement country-specific career pathways aligned with the Group Career Development Framework</p></li><li><p>Identify and accelerate career progression opportunities</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Essential knowledge, skills & experience:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience as an HR Manager with responsibility for end-to-end HR processes</p></li><li><p>Educated to degree level or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Team management experience</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Polish labour law and working practices</p></li><li><p>Understanding of payroll systems and activities</p></li><li><p>Experience using HR systems and producing, analyzing, and reporting key HR metrics</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting new site acquisition and cultural assimilation</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both English and Polish</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li><li><p>Strong team player with the ability to partner with country and functional leadership teams</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to travel to sites across Poland and internationally as required</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail</p></li></ul>
