About the role

Position Overview

The Global Human Resources team looking for a Manager of Process Excellence, who may be based in Atlanta, GA.

 

Reporting to the Director of Global HR Excellence, this position will lead the HR PMO for major Global HR projects. This is an exciting, global opportunity to serve as the Project Manager for select high-priority projects and HR processes affecting all four of our global regions!

Global HR PMO

  • Develop HR PMO function through project standardization and organizational change, as well as support project managers in the application and use of various processes and tools.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and tracking of priority projects and identify and eliminate possible risks with project managers while maintaining open communication with various stakeholders.

 

Project Management: Major Global HR Projects

  • Lead projects aimed to improve, standardize, and/or automate selected HR processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including risk and change management.
  • Co-ordinate project resources
  • Establish proper partnerships to ensure involvement and communication.

 

Process Excellence Lead

  • Analyze and assess HR processes and practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement improved global HR processes.
  • Work with different HR technology tools to establish and improve HR Processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area.
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience and a high level of understanding of HR processes and HR business improvement methodologies.
  • Relevant experience in multinational industrial organizations.
  • Proven project and organizational change capabilities in multicultural/multinational settings including Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Project Portfolio management.
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies including experience using process mapping tools.
  • Very strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with attention to meet time-sensitive goals in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
