Design Director, Provider Experience

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping the end-to-end experience for mental health providers using a modern, AI-enabled practice platform. You will define and drive the design vision for complex clinical and administrative workflows spanning scheduling, documentation, telehealth, billing, and client engagement. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and research, requiring strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify deeply interconnected experiences. You will lead a design team while remaining hands-on in key strategic initiatives as a player-coach.
