What We Offer 

· Guaranteed year-round work 

· Annual income of up to $150k - $250k (per job basis) 

· Weekly paycheck 

· Flexible schedule 

· All work provided 

· Product reimbursement 

About the Role 

· Install home remodeling products according to MaxHome standards and procedures 

· Apply finish work as needed for every application 

· Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion 

· Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect 

· Install/replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows 

Key Qualifications 

· 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience 

· Knowledge of Residential Windows 

· Window wrapping knowledge preferred 

· Established LLC or Business 

· Great communication and customer service skills 

· Preferred to have Worker's comp and Liability insurance
