Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions.
We are a new team who acts as a support function for everything that is outside the boxes. We are involved in changing things that are not streamlined, and we work holistically with a vast interface across the organization. This results in us interacting with many different and interesting stakeholders across all organizational levels. As part of our team, you will be able to influence the NCE region in a positive way by developing and optimizing the Service Business Unit.
Responsibilities
As Lead Special Task coordinator, you will have a key role in our North & West service organization, therefore you will:
- Support our project leads with technical support and technical solutions in special projects and serious incidents
- Provide technical guidance to the staff in the office and the technicians in the field
- Continuous evaluation, development, and optimization of our existing tool solution and setup according to developments in the industry
- Technical review of planned tasks before project start
- Review and technical planning of multibrand tasks
Qualifications
We expect that you have:
- Practical experience with wind turbine technology
- Experience with operations and a solid focus on organization and customer service
- Ability to work and make decisions individually, while also being collaborative and effectively working with colleagues across organizational levels
- Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases/planning tools
- Experience with maintaining processes, documentation, operating and work instructions
- Experience with Salesforce/SAP
Competencies
As a person we expect that you:
- Find motivation and encouragement in the technical issues and their solutions
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills and can maintain efficient relationships
- Can use MS Office, in-house database, and SAP-based systems (or equivalent) for both administrative and methodical functions
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
- Understanding of power dynamics in a very complex work environment

Additional Information
Location: Videbæk, Denmark, Malmö, Sweden, Warrington, UK.
Travel days: 20 days per year.
Start date: April or May 1st, 2024. We are open to meeting your individual requirements.
