An Enterprise Solution Architect helps align where a Senior Care customer is at in their utilization of software with their goals, in addition to how PointClickCare solutions can provide solutions to meet specific business needs. A solution architect requires both technical and interpersonal skills to interpret goals, describe value, and prescribe solutions. They evaluate the existing environment and examine how different elements of business, information, and technology can be applied to solve a specific problem. Key Responsibilities · Collaboration with internal teams - partners with AE & POD to identity opportunities with customers, as well as the associated CSMs, TAMs, etc., to understand the approach to customer engagement, contribute to account and success plans, and understand "who is on first" to lead specific topics and takeaways.· Client facing meetings - in conjunction with AE/POD, attend on site and remote meetings with customers to understand customer goals, and align those with current utilization and potential opportunities to expand or enhance utilization. Conducting follow ups as designated.· Product updates - taking initiative to stay current on commercially available PointClickCare functionality. Expectations could also exist to be able to describe other features at a high level, for example, how data flows or security features available, etc.· Proper preparation - being prepared to discuss topics with clients might include soliciting other SMEs within the team and, if deemed necessary, incorporating other SMEs to be prepared to anticipate the needs/direction to best meet the goals of the customer.· Key contributor to GTM new product teams (modules that are in Early or Limited Availability), triages customer product feedback received via multiple avenues (customer conversations, CSM or TAM interactions, etc.), as well as "other duties," such as: initiatives with Marketing to create assets/materials, assisting in presentations of our product to non-customers or internal groups, assisting RFP/RFI/SQ team with response and escalation, as necessary. Qualifications and Skill · 6+ years experience with the PointClickCare EHR platform in combination with Senior Care Industry knowledge· Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or Sales or related discipline· 2+ years experience presenting/participating in customer presentations· Self-starter, able to work independently, prioritize to deliver on time, adapt priorities and a flexible approach to sharing client insights.· Proven ability to take accountability for a project, demonstrating initiative, and delivering on commitments to ensure organizational objectives are met.
