We are looking for a new team member for our Group HR Systems Team at Computacenter.

In this role, you will be part of a diverse, international team who are passionate about driving change and supporting success. Group HR Systems are responsible for the Transformation, Management and continuous improvement of our Global HR Technology with a strong focus on the People Experience.

There is a fantastic opporutnity here to be part of our Roadmap of Change and you will play a key role in that journey.  Innovating our capabilities and tools, whilst providing support to HR and the business with business change and management.

 

On a daily basis:

 

• Support, manage and develop relationships, communicate with the stakeholders in a customer focused and solution-oriented way.
• Provide Business Support managing requests for business and technology changes, using your experience to guide and advise on approach to change in our HR Systems.
• Be part of our transformation teams supporting key Technology programmes.

• Manage and resolve queries, requests and exceptions prioritising workload and meeting SLAs

• Take ownership and responsibility as a subject matter expert / point of contact to local and global HR Operations

 

You are the ideal candidate if…

 

• You have experience of HR systems e.g. SAP, HCM, Success Factors, Service Desk Tools
• You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• You are fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team as well
• You have experience with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• You have strong organisational skills and administrative experience
• You are detail- oriented and ensure accuracy of data
• You have good literacy and numeracy skills  
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to build relationships
• You have proven experience of high standards of service delivery
• You have Business Analysis / Analytical skills and god / effective reporting skills, production of MI
• You are able to produce procedures, documentation and presentation materials
• You are able to handle data and management information
• You have experience with System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• You are aware of and involved in continuous improvement initiatives and business change / transformation
• You have experience of compliance, access & permissions, regulation and works council an union requirements
